2nd time to spend Christmas out of the country. From Tagbilaran City , took PAL to Manila then Manila to Ho Chi Minh City (formerly called Saigon.)
Arrived @ Tan Son Nhat International Airport.
Met by my friend from Bohol ( Mr. Gilbert Montera- he is now based in HCMC). Took a taxi and went straight to his apartment near Phu My Hung. Ho Chi Minh City is just like basically Cebu City. Everywhere you could see old buildings being torn down to give way for new and modern buildings.

Changed Money from a bank. I was a millionaire for that day..:)
Went to the upscale part of the city, Phu My Hung ( it's like Ayala in Makati) - where the new high rise buildings were located and others were still under construction. Had a haircut, complete with facial , shampoo and massage for only VND 80,000 ( about 5 USD) .
Dropped by @Eden Mall ( It's closed now - under renovation ) for something to eat
After eating, went back to my friends apartment rested for the night's activities, Christmas Eve.
